Parent Development: A New Approach to Effective Programming – Webcast series now available as archived videos

Over 450 parent educators, home visitors, and others who work with families gathered at host sites around Wisconsin in summer 2009 to participate in a series of free, live webcasts. Presenters Gay Eastman, Steve Small, Cailin O'Connor, and Rebecca Mather introduced a new model of parent development that helps practitioners to identify and meet parents' wants and needs and be more effective in their programming. The webcasts are now available as archived videos.

Considering Ethical and Professional Behaviors Archived Materials

If this has happened to you, watch our archived video of the Strength Based Considering Ethical and Professional Behaviors professional development training for home visitors.  By participating, you will increase your understanding of ethical and professional behaviors, the factors that go into making ethical decisions and how this relates to your work as a home visitor and parent educator.

The live training lasted approximately 4 hours, including time for group activities.
